Terms & Conditions
Last updated 2026-10-03
These terms form an agreement between you and KITROS INFOTECH (a proprietorship, trading as EXEX). By using EXEX or paying for it, you accept these terms.
1. What we sell
EXEX is a software service. You give us a Google Maps link for your business, and we generate a website from publicly available information about that business, including its Google reviews. You receive:
- A downloadable, self-contained HTML file you may host anywhere.
- On paid plans, a live address on www.exex.in.
- On paid plans, the ability to edit and re-publish during your term.
We do not register domains on your behalf. If you connect your own domain, you remain responsible for its registration and renewal.
2. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are sold as a fixed twelve-month termfor a single payment. There is no monthly billing and nothing renews automatically.
- Your term starts when your payment succeeds and runs for 12 months from that date.
- All prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees and include GST at 18% (GSTIN 37BAYPK4274M1ZQ).
- A 5% Government surcharge may apply on the GST component where applicable, and is shown to you before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
- The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We will not change it after you have paid.
If your payment succeeds but your site is not published, we will either publish it or refund you in full. See the Refund Policy.
3. No refund after delivery
Once your website has been generated and made available to you, the service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable. The preview on our site is free and complete precisely so that you can check the result before paying.
We do refund in the situations set out in the Refund Policy, including where we fail to deliver, where the service is unavailable for a continuous period, or where the law requires it.
4. What we do not guarantee
Our website is built from information published by Google about a business. We cannot verify that information and do not control it. In particular we do not guarantee that:
- business names, addresses, phone numbers or opening hours are correct;
- photographs are accurate, current or free of third-party rights;
- review text or ratings are complete or accurate;
- any wording we generate is suitable for your business;
- the site will appear in Google search results or any ranking.
You must check the preview and correct anything wrong before you publish. Publishing incorrect information about your business is your responsibility.
5. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you own or manage the business whose details you submit, or that you have permission to do so.
- You must not use EXEX to publish unlawful content, misleading claims, or material you do not have the right to use.
- You must not use the service to impersonate another person or business, or to misrepresent your qualifications or prices.
- You must not attempt to access other customers’ sites.
- You must not reverse engineer, scrape or attack the service or its payment flow.
We may suspend or refuse service, without refund where a breach has caused us loss, if you breach this section.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. Where a paid feature is withdrawn, we will offer a pro-rata credit or an equivalent replacement.
7. Intellectual property
We own the EXEX software, templates and design. You own the business information you input and may use the website we generate for your own business. We keep the right to use the underlying engine and templates for other customers.
Google Maps content remains the property of Google. Our use of it is subject to Google’s own terms, and we pass on no rights in it beyond what Google permits.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost customers or lost data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your payment continues to govern that term. Material changes will be published on this page with a new date.
